I've only been playing around with Minecraft for a few days since it's release on Windows Phone, so I'm still a newbie at this game (my 13 year old kid however, could answer any of your questions! lol), but I did a quick search in the store and found this:

I see. Well seeing that the Pocket Edition was only just released for WP a few days ago, give the devs some time.. I'm sure there's someone working on apps that'll do what you're looking for.
