Saw this in Cortana while reading MSFT news. What do you think?

I can't post links yet. It's on therem.

As per NDTV reports, the Surface Phone (Mobile), codenamed Project Juggernaut Alpha, has a 5.5-inch display with QHD screen resolution.

It is said to be run on a desktop class Intel Atom x3 (SoFIA) 64-bit processor along with 4GB RAM.

On the storage front, the Phone was noted to have 64GB and 128GB storage options with support for microSD card to extend the storage to up to 2TB.It is also expected that a variant with a higher configuration might be released as well.

The phone is also expected to sport a 21MP PureView Zeiss 6-lens rear camera, and a front facing 8MP Zeiss wide-angle camera.

When it comes to accessories, the device is expected to release with the S Pen-esque Surface Pen, and will feature a USB Type-C port (USB 3.1).

Either the camera or the processor in that article is false. You cannot drive a 21 mp camera with the Intel Atom x3 (SoFIA).

since the SoFIA is no longer on the supported processor list for Windows 10 Mobile, what is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 is now going to be in the upcoming and rumored "Surface" phone?
further support for this, is that sites such as Nokiapoweruser.com are stating that they have sources telling them that microsoft is testing with the 820 now...
Also - what if microsoft has come to a realization that introducing a Intel based processor would somehow cannibalize their Surface tablet market share?

To be honest I would rather have phone with sd 820 myself, I just don't see need to run x86 apps on my phone, plus 820 will have more advanced futures which are important to phone user
Plus i know it is of topic but will 950 series have hey Cortana?

Yes, it has been confirmed by Daniel Rubino to have Hey Cortana support...
