Jumping to a Tilt: What SW/accesories would you suggest

So I am finally breaking free from the Verizon shackles and I will "happily" be chained to AT&T in two weeks, with a Tilt being the bargaining chip.

Now, I am jumping from a many-year-old PalmOS where I had many may apps that I deemed good.

Anyways, what would current Tilt owners suggest? I am going through the WMexpert forum post on how to optimize your Tilt experience. But I also wonder what SW you think is almost mandatory to have a nice experience? What accessories are a must? I am open to suggestions...
