It's taken some digging on my part, but I found out Adonit is dragging their feet. Windows in general is the Red Headed Step child.
Some time ago when I got my Pen I fired off an e-mail to Adonit Support. Adonit in the reply said they were thinking of adding Windows Support, however they had yet to hear from any Software developers. In many way I wish I had kept the e-mail so I could fire back on the support person.
As I have also been in touch with software developers ( 2 that sent reply), who have freely available UWP Apps in the Store, Squid and Notebook Pro.

So in fact Software/App developers want to add support for Pen in Mobile and Tablet in Window 10, Adonit is holding them back, add Squid is also interested in development on the Andriod side as well....but again Adonit is holding them back.
So if any wish to add a voice/ a post/ a tweet Let Adonit know on it's social media !!!!!!!!!!
