Just bought a Lumia 550 and it will not download. What can I do?

Just bought a lumia 550 will not download.

Can anyone help me please, cannot update my phone or install any apps on my Microsoft Lumia 550. Just bought it today. WiFi connection good.

It's probably worth updating it via the Windows Device Recovery Tool. You'll likely get a software and firmware update. Then try updating again.
