The hey Cortana activation and the Windows Hello are the major reasons i upgraded to the 950 xl from a 640 xl.
The 640 xl shocked me, as in wtf did i buy such a huge phone for. Coming from a 4.5 inch to a 5.7 inch phone is Help (am i mad to have bought such a huge device) The 950 xl feels a way lighter, better balance.
I bought the Lumia 650 for my Uncle last month (August) He is 70 and never used a computer or smartphone, i thought that phone OLED screen was very good and the phone is super light.
