Just got mine, sizing is off

I wore my Large Band 1 at the tightest setting and it was perfect. I ordered the Large Band 2 and at the tightest setting it's too loose. Maybe it's because of the shape more than the size, but it slips down over my wrist bones easily, which causes problems.

Returning it for a medium.

I downloaded and printed the paper fitting sheet, and it showed I was right in the middle of a medium. I would say it was pretty accurate for me, since my clasp is pretty close to the middle. With that said, the range of adjustment on the clasp seems larger than what the piece of paper shows, so it may be less accurate if you are near the edge of the size range.
