Maybe the fix is don't stare at dark screen in a dark room. If the phone works fine in the real world then WTF

I've have a 1520 since march and all has been fine but recently I have a burned out pixel,dropped calls everytime and the screen keeps freezing every day.
Think its time to jump back onto android I think

Have you thought about trying to get a replacement and give it one more chance?

Unfortunately screen when dimming down also produces dark patch I didn't pay a lot of money for a defective product, I'll order another one soon though

Definitely. No Android phone has ever frozen or had a burned out pixel.
