I walked out of an O2 shop today with a Lumia 735. Here's how the shopping experience went:
I went in asking for an upgrade. The shop assistant asked me what my needs were and I said to him that they were for doing work on the go, internet browsing and video calling. What really shocked me is what phone they directed to me, which was a Windows Phone! They skipped the iPhone completely and they didn't even think about taking me to an iPhone!
It seems like O2 are truly committed to the Windows Phone platform, so if anyone at O2's Bedford store is reading this, thank you for your great customer service!
