Just received an update

It said "MICROSOFTMDG update for Windows Phone". The Build version still .29, not sure what it is, as no change log available.

I got the same update after another failed installation attempt from. 29 to .36 via Windows Insider. At least I know my 950xl works as far as downloading and installation goes.

Nope, i don't receive it yet on my .29 non-insider 950xl

The only difference I can see is that the RootTool app is greyed out and doesn't work anymore.

Yep I got it to on build .29, 193MB update and i'm not on the insider version.

Here's the difference. Left side is the old one Right side is the new update. So different firmware and radio. Also on my phone at least I noticed a few apps reinstalled and I had to reboot again because my sim settings had changed.
