Just updated to denim , horrible selfie and slooooow rotation

Remove Cortana and the rotation issue is gone. Or see if you can turn Cortana off. She is causing issues with Cortana. Tested myself since Cortana is not supported in my region. Auto rotation started to have issues when I change to US and turned on Cortana. Is a weird bug and wonder why MS is unable to pick it up.

I was also having issues with the slow rotation eventually not rotating at all. Numerous soft resets would allow for rotation again and then eventually would stop. Came upon this thread so last night I hard reset the device and everything is wonderful now! I love this forum... Thanks everyone!!

Same here! Cortana is someway affecting the rotation of the device...

The FCC is driving me crazy. Finally decided to switch back to Lumia Camera Classic. If I ever need 4k video I'll just navigate to the app from the jumplist.

The only permanent fix I've seen so far is to hard reset your device. A poster above mentioned removing Cortana, likely by changing your region settings. However, I don't think anyone has really tested that method.

As far as contacting Microsoft, you can really only reach the low level customer service employees. There's the Microsoft Answers page, the Microsoft Help Twitter account, or a good ol' fashion phone call. But usually Microsoft is aware of software issues even if they don't always address them.
