Keyboard shortcut for screen brightness no longer works in build 11099

Since build 11099 the keyboard shortcut CTRL + DEL,BACKSPACE no longer works in controlling brightness. Does anybody else have this issue?

I think it should be FN+DEL/BACKSPACE

Yes. This is the shortcut for surface book
