Keyboard shortcut for screen brightness?

Is there a keyboard shortcut or something to adjust screen brightness? On different computers I see different things. Some have dedicated keys, others don't. Is there a universal keyboard shortcut?

Got this from a thread in Microsoft TechNet:

It's Fn+F5 to dim and Fn+F6 to brighten.
