Keyboard shows wrong behaviour

When one key is pressed...3 other different keys also gets automatically typed.it happens often when I try to type something. And I need to wait for 2 minutes for it to be OK before I can type.

Are there any other touch related issues? Or is it really only happening when typing?

Did you recently set touch sensitive to high (settings>touch). If yes go back and set to normal. I had this issue for almost two weeks (I set to high when I needed to use my phone with gloves..and forgot about it)

other touch related issues...like when this is happening...all touch functions seems like wrong...like long press back button not working correctly... This is happening even when i am typing this.

It was working correctly before 1 month even when touch sensitivity was set high...but now this happens often...

In this case my bet is that your digitizer is defective. I've had similar issues on my 1520 when I cracked its screen. You should send it in for repair.
