I backed it. Got an email from them stating that they would be making them regardless of the success of the Kickstarter.

you can get an OTG cable on amazon for under $10 that has a charging port and fullsize usb port so you can charge and plug devices in at the same time.

Mind posting the one you bought ? I've purchased two, and while they work for connecting to usb devices, it won't charge my tablet.
