Kids corner in W10 ?

1. Is kids corner going to be available in W10?
2. Will the phone/phablet/tablet version without the desktop have kids corner ?
3. Will there be user accounts with parental control on phones/phablets?

I loved this on my windows 8.1 and it blew my mind when they did not introduce a PC version. Especially when they new it was going on tablets. I have a toddler that really doesn't need to be able to access files on my computer. All he needs is just to have access to specific apps. That what I loved about Kids Corner on my windows phone. Please please please Microsoft in one of your updates make this happen.
