ok it worked...but I couldn't receive messages so I logged out thinking it was fixed trying to fix the no receiving messages bug and now I'm back to square one.

maybe your kik app is not connecting to the internet properly :/

try to remove your sim card (switch on the airplane mode) and run the phone on wifi and open kik

i can't run on airplane mode and use wifi at the same time though

Should I remove the sim from the tray or just the tray from the phone?

Sim from the tray and put the tray inside

Did you switch on your wifi and tried kik?

yep, i took out the sim tray, turned on airplane mode and turned on wifi, tried kik and it still didn't work

You should just give up kik now :/ or use it in another device if you have
