L1020 works with tmobile??

since my current lumia 1020 att unlocked phone is not working properly on familymobile, (hotspot wont work unless i use att..)

is rm-875 (international version) totally not associated with att?

i want to make sure that this does not have an att rom

oh, and rm-875 works on tmobile or family mobile with 3g right?
(i only need 3g)

Ive heard people flashing the Rodgers firmware and picking up LTE - but you would have to research that

I don't need LTE since I am using family mobile which is 3g. I bought the Canada version 1020 rm-877 today. Thanks!
