L1320 flips over from app to another without me touching it

I already updated my l1320 to denim. Here's what happened. I put my phone on the table suddenly it opens I thought that it was some notification that I'm getting or a txt message so I swipe the lock screen upwards, then all of a sudden it moved to Microsoft office then on accu weather and it rested on the photos and it froze. So what I did is to turn off the phone and turn it on again. After 10mins it happened again but this time it slides from one page to another really fast then the screen got distorted then froze. What I did is to uninstall Cortana (really hate to see her go) and all the apps that I downloaded on the phone store. I disable glance, then updated what's need to be updated on the phone.(this happened on wed night) then on Thurs it happened again... This is a brand new phone and I just bought this 5 f#$%&k days ago. Any help.plsssssssss

isnt anyone from microsoft knows how to fix this, people from everywhere are complaining about this issue not only from lumia 1320 but on other lumia and microsoft handsets

now i am having color lines on my screen, this colors are the theme colors appearing on my screen, already did the soft reset. for a while it fixes the problem but after a day its back again
