L1520 top left screen acting like the back button

I cannot figure this issue out. When I touch the top left corner of my phone the damn thing acts as the back button. I can't tell if its because of 8.1 update or a hardware issue. Does anyone know? Thanks

Probably a software issue, but could well be the hardware problem! :unhappy:

Lumia Cyan should fix this!

If a hard or soft reset don't work, than service is probably necessary. my money is on a hardware or some calibration glitch

My issue was right top corner was acting like left top, after a week of aggravation going back to win8 fixed the problem, but everytime I went back to wp8.1 problem reacured, so I set up the repair ticket, reset the phone pulled my memory card out and it was a miracle phone acted like new out of the box, replaced a memory card with class ten and had no issue since

If your screen protector does not fit well on screen, this problem can happen. i just removed my screen protector, and the problem solved. You can try this...
