Hi! First post, but I lurk here often.
I'm having some issues with the RM-938 that I bought on B&H Photo and had shipped to Canada last August. The phone has the capacitive buttons locking the phone issue, and its happening often - too often. I found that pushing the capacitive keys down with my thumb would sometimes fix the issue, which has me believing its not a software issue and should be covered under warranty.
So questions:
- Will MS/Nokia cover the issue under their warranty plan?
- Will MS/Nokia cover me being that i purchased it from an American website and had it shipped to Canada?
- Who should i call to make a claim?
I love my phone, but this is annoying.
Thanks for any help guys!
