[L520] Unable to install 8.1 from 8.0 (Black)

I tried to update 8.1 (from wp8 black)on my lumia 520.First a small update was completed then next update for 8.1 started .then showed Downloading updates 30% ,then it started again from 0 to 27%.now it is showing "Downloading updates 0% ".wifi is connected but it is still at 0% for days.what can i do now....

still at 0%.free memory 4gb ,wifi connected but i don't know what is wrong....
