[L520] Unable to update my email+account?

Hello my Nokia Lumia 520 in my settings and email+accounts cant update its receiving a error saying error code: 80048103
Can anyone help me solve this error please thanks

Is it your windows account or another email like yahoo or gmail? If so, try deleting the email and re-adding.

I don't have gmail or yahoo accounts I have my windows account

i had the same error once... only thing that worked was hard reset... but it deletes everything...
