[L610] My phone is dead please help?

I have a problem. I have Lumia 610, and when i connect battery only vibrate whitout touching anything. If i press power button nothing happen.
I tried flash it but it didn't work also I try lumia software recovery tool but it says phone isnot supported
what should I do ???

Did you run the battery flat?

If so, the chip in the battery goes into a coma.

Plug into the mains with the Factory Charger and wait. Stop pressing buttons. It usually takes a couple hours for the phone to wake up and boot.. Then it will resume normal charging from about 3% or so. Let it charge to 100% then go about normal life.

If that is not your issue (sudden shut down due to 0% battery) you will have to join the site so you can reply here with more detail on what was happening when the phone went dead.

Does it connect with Zune on your PC? Can you restore via Zune?
