L625 and updates' issues

So, I'm finally getting my L625 next week. I see a lot of threads about issues after the latest updates; I'm stoked to know if they were all fixed.

In particular:
-issues regarding battery (I've seen people complaining about a huge battery drain)
-homescreen/lockscreen lag (not really a game changer but whatever)
-screen and icons doing weird stuff
