L640 automatic screen dimming

Hi for some reason when I heavily use my phone the screen dims itself automatically even it's not set to do it. It returns to normal after a few seconds. Is this some kind of overheating protection and if yes, of what component?

Hi, I never had such a problem with my phone. What's do you mean by heavy use? Does this happen during gaming?

hi. not exactly. It happend when on mobile data and listening to music, the Phone got very warm then it dims the screen. it returned to normal after a few seconds.

I never experienced hearing while listening to music. Pretty sure that shouldn't happen. Does this also happen when you set brightness manually in the settings?

No I didn't notice that. I did say however i was using mobile data also heavy, and that the Phone became very warm
