[L650XL] Screen Locks when I call someone?

Hi,
Whenever I make a call using my Lumia 640XL, screen locks and if I have to check call progress/put the call on speaker, I have to unlock the screen. Is there a solution for this?

I assume you've tried a soft reset? Also, try to set lockscreen timeout to never and temporarily disable PIN sign in if you have that enabled.

if this doesn't help, hopefully somebody else can come up with a solution. Otherwise I'd try a hard reset as a last resort.

I'm afraid that a hard reset is what's left to try.
