[L830] Auto restart?

So I've had this latest Lumia 830 for 6 days (the one before it ran fine but had strange microscratches on the screen so I got it replaced). No restarts... until today. 2 of them to be exact so far :-/. But it didn't freeze like the defective device I had... it was the type of restart that was preceded by the phone switching to airplane mode. I believe that will be rectified by Denim, if and when we ever get it here in the Americas.

i had this problem too. But i believe the issue is fixed by denim update. two weeks pass. no restart run into

I had this problem under Russian rom - not full denim (bought my phone in Russia...). It was freezing 5 s. and then auto reboots. I had this problem 4 or 5 times a day. I flashed my phone with a Belgian rom (full denim) and for about one month I don't experience any reboot issue. RM-984.

I must retract my previous statement that the full Denim update fixed this for me. It's much less frequent but it still happens, around once every two to three weeks. Since the full Denim update it also doesn't make a difference whether or not I'm actively using it. Before it was only when idle, now it's happened while I was browsing the web, playing music, etc. but also while the phone was idle on my desk or in my pocket.

Post denim I'm still seeing restarts. Curiously they only happen in particular locations. But consistently. So could be related to bug in comms stack?. Odd.

My Lumia 830 still restarts, and funny thing is that it start restarting while its charging and then go into restart on boot and only way I can stop it is to take out battery. Tried everything, soft reset, hard reset, flashing firmware, using MicrosoftFixIt program, using everything else and problem still persist. Tried even taking out SIM card (not using memory one), and using phone without any app for couple of days and still same problem.

RM-984-1070 Model. It started after first 8.1 update after update 1. Before that not a single problem for 2-3 weeks since i bought it.

No problems here after the full Denim update. Had an 830 before that that was constantly rebooting, but turned out to be a hardware problem. I guess you can rule out hardware since you were never having the problem before.

I haven't had that problem in first, like 3 weeks. then it started and still persist. The worst is when its charging, it just wont stop rebooting.

I will send it for a service, already exchanged couple of emails, they said it could be hardware if I did everything possible regarding software.

Hopefully they will send me new unit, since I can't stand it anymore... This morning rebooted twice while I was on the phone and on skype. Last night once...
