[L830] Heating while charging?

the phone heats up quite significantly when I'm using the phone while it's charging.
The heating part is only limited to the left portion of the metal frame around the usb slot.
Anyone else facing the same ?

Ya that section gets pretty warm, verging on hot - but I don't think it's a problem. I bet my 1520 would get equally hot if it had a metal frame to conduct it outwards.

Yeah I too face exactly the same problem. When I asked Nokia people about this, they told its a common problem with all Lumia 830s

what but even my current Moto X heats up significantly when it's charging and i'm using it!

and it's not around the usb, it's the whole phone lol

Just put a case on your phone and reduce the heat. At least it doesn't get extremely hot like the L920 did.
