L920 Freezing

Hello everyone.

We have 4 Amber-running Lumia phones: 1020, 920, 820 and 620 here and the thing is, the 920 keeps freezing approximately every other day [I can barely remember the other Lumias doing the same thing], requiring a soft reset. What could be the problem?

I had the same problem back when I first got my Lumia, back during pre-portico days, but I haven't had that issue since upgrading the OS.

I seemed to have those issues when it was VERY cold outside. like between 20-30 degrees. I haven't had it freeze on me since upgrading the OS though.
