Agreed. Free, no ads, QUICK to open. I keep it pinned as a tile, as soon as I touch it, camera light turns on. I have it set where as soon as I close the screen, the light turns back off.

There are currently none that can be "pinned" to the notification shade under WP8.

You can use the "Pocket Magnifier" app from the WP Store, it's from microsoft. It's a very nice app and has the flashlight option.
