I have two different cases that I really like, both purchased on Amazon. The 925 Hybrid Rubberised Back Cover Case by Terrapin and the Fosmon DURA Frost SLIM-Fit Case Flexible TPU Cover. Both were incredibly cheap but fit perfectly and look great.

I use this Case Amzer 96059 Double Layer Hybrid Case Cover with Kickstand for Nokia Lumia 925 - White/Black. I got it from Amazon the same day as WP Central did a review of it, I've also got a generic TPU case & the Man Of Steel Wireless Backplate as my Carrier Three UK were giving it along with the Wireless Charger when I got my L925.

I got myself 2 Terrapin Hyprid rubberised back covers (red & black, about 7€ each). Fits like a glove without making it look or feel voluminous (it's just as thick as my old Galaxy S Plus now). Also because of the rubberised surface it feels safer in your hand and I have no difficulties reaching/pressing the buttons on the side or plugging in earphones/USB cable.

Anyone here who has a silicone cover like the ones from Bingsale? They look kinda cheap (uncelan cut edges). Just wondering if someone could give a short impression of how they really are?

Has anyone tried the trident aegis case? Does it add too much bulk to the phone? Saw it on Amazon for 22$.

I bought an Aegis case for mine on Amazon! I'd say it doesn't add an unbearable amount of bulk, because it doesn't detract too much from the slimness. In any case, you'll be able to move it to and from your pocket relatively easily, and won't have to panic if you accidentally end up dropping it.

I was also hoping if someone here could share some experiences about these kind of cases. I like it that they keep the phone slim, but am curious if it protects the phone enough.

Both worked pretty well for me, although I am back to a stock 925 with the Superman Qi Back now...

the excellent Incipio Feather cases for the L925 are currently under $10 shipped at Amazon. note the gray version NK-170-GRY is listed as being for the L927 which does not exist - it's for the L925. also comes in black, cyan, and pink.

I was planning to buy the Incipio, but it seems to leave the corners of the phone exposed.
