Language changed after update and won't change back

Hi,

I am in the fast ring and have a German laptop which came with W10 Home pre-installed in German.
I had everything set to UK English and working great including welcome screen and all system menu's.

After the latest build Windows reverted to German and despite me changing the settings to UK English the system setting's don't change to English.

It shows as having English language pack installed and the UK keyboard works fine but all of the system settings stay in German even after going thru control panel and using the copy to all users/welcome screen option.

Anyone had this or any idea's?
I deleted language packs and tried again, tried online search but they just tell me the steps I already tried.

If I remember correctly, there is language options for speech, keyboard, system and region - all those set to UK?

Yes everything is set to UK, looks like it won't download whatever else it needs for the language pack to change everything to English.

Keyboard, Region, Language, Format, System are all UK English.
Log in screen displays the day in English but the instead of Welcome it is Willkommen.

Basically everything is English apart from the system menu's settings / control panel / right click etc.

In the UK language the option to set as Windows Display language is not an option anymore for UK English...I tried adding other random languages such as English Ireland / USA even Russian and everything will install but without the option to change Windows Display Language.

Maybe there is an issue with languages in the fast ring.
i saw some people fixing it by amending the registry file which i don't really want to play with, another option was manually install the language CAB files but it doesn't let me install the files I found.

it might be that the update pulled down the german version of the OS instead of English.
