language problem

hi guys

i have made restore system for my windows but after this restore finish the language of my windows is damage
it show me Arabic language inverse
i have make restore again but still problem

There aren't any images attached to your post. Can you not simply change the display language from Control Panel and download the language pack you require (from Windows Update) and install that to fix the issue?
