Laptop/Phone Hybrid

What ever happened to the rumor of a Laptop/Phone Hybrid, that was floating around before the january 21st event?
I have been thinking about this a lot.

Is it possible to see an x86 CPU phone running full Windows 10?

Imagine a full PC in your pocket that can be docked to a screen and keyboard/mouse. It could also just be through a Mini Display Port and BT keyboard/mouse. Maybe even supporting miracast monitors for true wireless docking (when you are near your workstation, your stuff just works without taking your phone out of your pocket).

Admittedly this would be an expensive niche product, but a cool step towards true mobility.

Do you think this could be possible? Might the previous rumors be something like this?

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if someone simply misinterpreted some out-of-context snippets about the Surface Hub.

I really want this, it would not have to be a x86 cpu, although that would be ideal. It could just be a phone/tablet/netbook hybrid. Just make sure to back some extra batter in the docking shell.
