Latest Build not installing but downloaded multiple times and storage is full

Hi ,
the latest windows mobile 10 build is downloaded but didnt install it said something happened error in installing i had 2GB that time after that it started downloading again now it says the storage is full i have only 100MB left but it doenst download says i dont have enough space
I lookup in storage section there is no temporary files where i can delete those files
how to download the old files and install the new files ?

One way is to do a hard reset.
