latest build release date windows 10 phones

Hi, i' using Lumia 830. before 2 week i update my device with 10.0.14393.1593. After that update my camera and flash not open. always showing this error

0*A00F4271(0*00D3704) . i had all the options like soft reset . hard reset, windows recovery tools option but not yet solved. Please help me what i do??

On using WDRT, your phone would have gone back to Windows Phone 8.1. Did your camera and flash work then? If no, then this is clearly a hardware issue.
