Latest OS Build for 950?

What's the latest build that I should expect on an AT&T Lumia 950? My wife's unlocked 950 has build 10.0.15854.248. The AT&T 950 I just purchased has build 10.0.14965.1001 and sees no additional updates. Any idea why they're different?

Thanks to you both. Any thoughts on why the new 950 is stuck on 1607 and can't pull down that update?

Have you tried PC - OTC Updater?

Finally got it updated. I had to use the recovery tool to reset it back to factory (1604?) and was then able to get all the OTA updates. It's now at 15854.248 (1709). Thanks to all!
