There isn't though the insider hub on windows pc is quite good with more features.

What do you find lacking in the mobile insider app if you don't mind me asking?

Well, I have a list of 10-20 issues, and I don't want to spend 30 minutes entering them in. I can type 60 words a minute and give much better details via a keyboard.

So there is a windows 10, windows store app for insider feedback?

1. I need to be able to see more than the last 10 or so posts
2. I need to be able to search for similar issues, and then add to the original post with more details or scenarios

In insider for pc, we have an insider hub app (built in) where we can search for issues and upvote them or add our own problems/suggestions.

Those issues you have mentioned, they are valid ones.

As for typing them in, have you tried word flow? It does make "typing" a whole lot easier
