Latest update non insider, Edge stopped working?

The phone did the usual update and as usual hung (5hrs or so) on reboot as it does every time so the usual pull the battery to complete the update.
Since the update Edge has stopped working, now you get as far as the title screen before being taken to the start screen.
I have quite a few apps like this that and they rarely get fixed with updates but Edge not working is a serious problem for me.

This is on the Lumia 950 anyone else had similar?

Did you try a soft reset to see if that could fix it? If so it might be hard reset time as I do believe Edge is an integral part of WM and can't be installed separately.
