LCD ribbon cable surface pro

ok i have a surface i got off ebay for 200....the only problem with it is that the lcd ribbon cable hasa short in it. Anybody know where to get a replacement from?

i also found a couple of these on amazon and they look very very similar to the ribbon cable in the surface Amazon.com: Replacement LCD Flex Cable Flat Ribbon for Sony Ericsson W100: Musical Instruments and Amazon.com: Gino LCD Ribbon Connector Flex Cable for Sony Ericsson T715: Cell Phones & Accessories does anybody think they might work?

If anybody reads this I found a compatible cable for the lcd flex cable! It was a tight fit and it's a little long but It's working fine with my surface pro.
I don't have enough posts to link but if you go to mouser.com and look up the part "15015-0451" you should see it.

That cable fixed my display. I can now get some more life out of my Surface Pro.
