For Driving Mode, it would be convenient if I could easily connect to my BT device in the car instead of having to wait for BT to turn on first. Will BT drain battery if I just leave it on unconnected?

Honestly I always leave my Bluetooth on and I don't think that it drains that much! Love the fact that when I enter my car, I don't press and wait for the Bluetooth to turn on....it connects automatically.

I think the last time I turned my BT off was in May. Of course it uses power, but not enough to be concerned about IMO.

I leave my Bluetooth and NFC on all the time. I don't think the drain is significant too.

mine is always on, my 1020 gets me through the day rather easily. I probably have around 20% left on my phone off at 730am and replug at around 1130pm .
