Motorolla is become like badminton shuttle. First it was a stand alone company, then bought by Google, now being bought by Lenovo, who knows where else its gonna shuttle down the line.

Very similar to palm, however Palm I believe was purchased more for their software than so their hardware. If Lenovo purchases Motorola, we will probably never see Motorola's name again. Palm's name still sticks around today because they had incredible software, but Motorola is nothing special at all. Some good patents but that's it.
