Lenovo ideapad s415 Touch

The touchscreen on my S415 Lenovo Laptophas stopped working. Have tried many things. I am having a terrrible time trying to get a response from Lenovo. Is anyone out there?? This will probably be my first and last Lenovo product. Really disgusted!!

You said nothing about your warranty. Since it was introduced 3 or 4 years ago there is no warranty unless you have an extended version,
What do you want Lenovo to do?

At this stage it would be less expensive to replace the laptop instead of repairing it.

Stuff happens, don't know why you are so down on Lenovo.
