Light background theme

Hello guys im just curious if anybody here using light background and how did you prefer using it?

Light background screen will hurt battery life on amoled screens. I prefer dark even though i have a 520. It doesnt bug me in night... XD light screen hurts my eyes at night.

You should definitely look thru the stickyed thread at the top with the home screen designs. There are alot of ideas on how you can roll with the white background. Might give you some inspiration.

I use White frequently. Depends on my mood , right now I feel Orangish which looks good over white. Battery life certainly not as good as when the BGND is black but I dont mind charging it twice.

nope , not too bad but it is noticeable. Without getting into technical details on my 920 with LCD it affects it less than on an amoled.

For my 520 it's the same, black or white, and i'm guessing for most LCD screens.

I haven't really seen any difference on my 920 since switching to white in all honesty.

Mine is htc8x, i havent seen any battery horror so far.

I flip back and forth on my Lumia 920 according to my eyes needs. I find it easier to use a light background during day and flip to dark at night. It's so easy to switch it's not a big deal.
