Linked Twitter Account Uses Incorrect User Name

In my quest to figure out how to start following people that aren't in my contacts list from within the People tile, I discovered that my Twitter account under Accounts is using an incorrect user name. Why? I haven't yet posted a tweet so I'm not sure if it works, but I don't want to tweet as the User Name the phone thinks I have. It's something with Windows Live I think. I'm a brand new Twitter user. 1 day old account.

So,

1) Can you use the People tile to start following searched-for random people?
2) When Twitter links to Windows Live in Accounts, where is it getting my user name from? It didn't ask.

Update: Just did a test tweet and viewed it from within the Me tile. My real user name is affixed to the tweet. So I suppose what it says in Accounts does not matter.

Still have the question of searching for and following people. The official twitter app sucks and I would prefer to just use the people tile.

You have no control over the contacts from Twitter, other than being able to add or delete them. The Name that appears on the top of the Contact, my not be the name the person uses on twitter. As a example, I have a friend that contact name is *Fred*, but his actual Twitter name is Freddy206. That's how he has is twitter name and twitter shortname setup.
