List of reported issues with Windows Phone 8.1 preview update

Some people are reporting multiple issues with certain devices.. so I'll make a list of these issues.

CDMA devices issues after update.
Glance screen may not work or may not show notification.
Excessive battery drain.
Some apps refuse to update or don't work.

Please report any issues you have had, I would like to add to the list.
