Live Tiles issue

I've been using my Focus with the stock 8 gig of memory since December, and I love this phone. I'm going to add the "known-good" Patriot 16 gig card in a couple of days. One thing that I am looking forward to (I hope) is a clean registry and none of the registry endpoints issues that stop live tiles from working.

Which leads me to my question. I've read that WeatherBug is one of the apps that is known to cause endpoint problems. Are there other apps that are known to cause these live tile issues? I want to avoid enabling the live tile for any of the apps that are known to cause problems.
