Live tiles not working after WP 8.1

After installing the developer preview, my live tiles not refresing. I tried all the weather apps avaible in the store.

Soft reset? Are only weather apps having the problem or all of them.

Only the weather apps, I tried a soft reset already...

Have you enabled location services? If it is only with the weather tiles then it's really new to me.
Go to battery saver and check that weather apps are allowed in the background and ensure that battery saver is set to "When the battery gets low".

Yes location services are enabled. But now it's not just the weather apps, the WPC app also doesn't refresh. Everything is enabled in the settings. I also did a hard reset but nothing has changed.

My live tiles and any other background process (main account sync included) stop after disconnecting phone from charge. Is this your case? I've solved disconnecting while rebooting.

How often the live tiles should update? Sometimes it takes 35 minutes, sometimes 1 hour. I'm going crazy...

It has been confirmed that some users are experiencing widespread live tile disruption.

Every 20 min.
After rebooting it may take 30 to 60 min

Aren't the tiles supposed to update every minute once we have win phone 8.1?
