Live Tiles stop updating after 20 seconds

The tiles will stop after 20 seconds and not update

well I was watching the video and It didn't look like it stopped updating. if you mean live update I forget where I found it but the tiles have a 30 minute restriction as in the tiles update every 30 minutes no more and no less rly:

well if you look closely, the animation of the tiles stop working (you can see it at the people app). whenever I touch the screen, the animation of the apps start working again.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is supposed to happen and is done for battery purposes.

Yep, normal behaviour. Photos app does the same thing.

Alright Thanks guys, save me from doing a factory reset. Windows Phone Support suggested me to factory my phone :/

That was nice of them. Out of interest, what support route did you use to get that "advice"?

Well i showed them them the video and asked them if it was normal they stopped but they didn't know that and asked me what apps i installed latetst and if my phone was up to date. Basically they sometimes don't know much.

I'm sorry, I wasn't clear. How did you contact Windows Phone Support? Phone/Email/Website? If it was a website, which one?
